Publishing Your Web Page with Web Publishing Wizard

If Web Publishing Wizard is installed on your computer, it can be used to publish your new Web pages on Tiadon’s Web server. Open Web Publishing Wizard by clicking on the following options: Start, Programs, Accessories, Internet Tools and, finally, Web Publishing Wizard.

When you see the first Web Publishing Wizard window, click Next to begin.

You can use the Browse Folders or Browse Files buttons to locate the directory path and name of the file or folder to be published. If you know the file or folder name, you can type it in directly. Click Next to continue.

From the Select a Web Server window, click New to add Tiadon’s Web server to the list.

Enter a descriptive name for the Web server. Click Next.

Enter the Internet address for you Web page. The address will begin http://www.tiadon.com/. Add your Tiadon user name to the end of the address.

The Local directory will be entered automatically and will be derived from the file or folder information selected previously.

When prompted for your authentication information, enter your Tiadon user name and password. Click OK.

When prompted to specify a connection method, click Next.

To select a connection method, click the down arrow button. Select FTP from the list. Then, click Next.

Enter the FTP server name, users.tiadon.com. Leave the next space blank. Click Next.

Click Finish to publish your files.

When your file(s) have been published, click OK to return to the desktop.
