Internet Settings: 

 

Your username and password will be the one you choose and remains confidential.  Be sure to use lower case.  Contact Tiadon if you would like to change your username or password.

 

DNS Servers:  The best choice is to let the server assign if possible.  If you must enter the DNS Servers, they are 69.27.132.145 or 69.27.132.146.

 

 

Mail Settings:

 

Outgoing mail address: smtp.tiadon.com

Incoming mail addressl: pop.tiadon.com

 

Your email address will be what you have chosen plus your domain name:  yourname@tiadon.com

 

 

News Server:  news.tiadon.com

 

 

Spam Filtering:

 

In an effort to reduce the amount of Spam that reaches your inbox, Tiadon has implemented additional checks to its Spam filtering process.  Email that is flagged as Spam will be sent to a root-bulk folder rather than your inbox.  The root-bulk folder and its contents can be viewed from Tiadon's web-based Email.  To view the root-bulk folder, click on the Check Email link on Tiadon's web site and enter your account name and password to access web-based Email.  Email that is over two weeks old will be automatically deleted from the root-bulk folder every week.
