Access information on cases pending in Barton County, as well as cases in Vernon, Cedar and Dade Counties. Select "28th Judicial Circuit" under the "Circuit Courts" popup menu. Search for cases by case number, filing date or litigant's name. Retrieve information as to docket entries, charges, judgments, service information, and case parties & attorneys. Similar information is also available for a limited number of other Circuit Courts as well as the Supreme Court of Missouri and the Missouri Courts of Appeal.
- Fine Collection Center
Most traffic citations issued by Missouri troopers in Barton County provide for payment of fines and costs through a centralized office in Jefferson City. "Not guilty pleas" are also sent in to the same office for such tickets. If you are seeking an amendment to a traffic citation, you need to send in your "not guilty plea" to the Fine Collection Center and have your attorney contact the Prosecuting Attorney's Office.
