SANCTION FEES: OPEN $12.00 YOUTH $6.00

1. All requests for sanctions MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN A.R.B.A. SANCTION NUMBER FOR EACH SHOW. All request for sanctions must be POSTMARKED NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE SHOW.
2. Sponsoring club must offer at least $5.00 or an award of equal value for Best and $2.50 or an award of equal value for Best Opposite of Sex providing there are 10 or more in the breed.
3. To qualify for sweepstakes points and awards, the exhibitor must be a member of the M.L.R.C.A. at the time of the show.
4. Completed sanction reports MUST be returned to the Secretary of the M.L.R.C.A. within 30 days after the show date. The show report must include the BOB and BOS rabbit’s ear tattoo numbers along with the name of the exhibitor of the BOB and BOS. The show report must reflect if the Mini Lop wins: Best In Show, Best of Group, Best IV Class, etc. The placements must be filled out with the name of the exhibitors, not ear numbers or rabbitry names.
5. The show secretary is required to furnish a complete list of exhibitors along with their city and state.
6. The M.L.R.C.A. Sweepstakes year starts June 1st and ends on May 31st of each year. Failure to return a show report by July 1st of the ending sweepstakes year can and will be just cause to cancel any previous issued sanctionand refuse any sanction request for a period of one year from the date of the delinquent show.
7. The M.L.R.C.A. will not sanction any show that has a limited area from which entries will be excepted. The sanction show is open to all exhibitors, except a M.L. specialty show that is open only to M.L. breeders.
