Tiadon Systems is not able to guarantee that you will never receive an Email infected with a virus.  We do, however, make every effort to remove any dangerous virus attachments to protect our servers and your computer.  Unfortunately, we cannot always be successful.   Any virus that makes it through our firewall protection could be delivered in your Email.

Help protect your computer and private information by updating your antivirus software and installing any Windows Critical or Security updates.  One of the biggest problems we encounter in virus-related technical support issues is outdated software.  If you do not update the software frequently, you can expect to get a virus eventually.  Most antivirus companies require a yearly subscription to stay current.
